Support the day-to-day operations of IP creator accounts across campaigns and platform activities, including Products Assortment, Ads, Promotion supports.
Coordinate with Operations, Creator managers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
Ensure the fulfillment of agreed Scope of Work (SOW), including monitoring content delivery and campaign milestones.
Monitor creator account performance and assist in resolving operational issues when needed.
Assist in preparing account performance updates, campaign tracking, and operational reports.
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate from Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related majors.
Previous internship, organizational, or project experience in operations, account management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or creator management is highly preferred.
Strong sense of ownership with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
Proactive and able to identify issues, propose solutions, and follow through independently.
Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable handling operational tools, spreadsheets, and reporting.
Basic understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce operations, creator management, or product assortment is a strong plus.
