About the Role
We are seeking an Investor Relations Officer to support investor communications and maintain strong relationships with investors and other key stakeholders. This role is open to fresh graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
- Prepare investor presentations, reports, and company updates.
- Collect and organize financial and business information.
- Support investor meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Respond to investor inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and company performance.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management and investors.
- Ensure investor information is accurate, timely, and confidential.
- Comply with company HSE policies and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of business, finance, or corporate matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with different departments and stakeholders.
- Willing to work at a remote site with a roster system.
