- Manage disclosure compliance, ensuring all information aligns with regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Monitor investor sentiment and analyst feedback before and after the call.
- Draft and distribute earnings press releases and supporting materials.

Candidate Qualifications:
- 58+ years of Investor Relations, corporate finance, or equity research experience, ideally in a holding company or multi-business environment.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial statements.
- Exceptional communication and writing abilities, particularly in crafting earnings call scripts and messaging.
- Experience managing earnings cycles, disclosures, and analyst interactions.
- High attention to detail with proven ability to manage timelines and deliver error-free materials under pressure.
