Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation and execution of strategic investment initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), fundraising, partnerships, and other corporate finance projects.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models, company valuations, business cases, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Lead end-to-end financial due diligence and coordinate transaction processes, including documentation, negotiations, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive fundraising initiatives by preparing investor materials, financial presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, investment papers, and Board presentation materials to support decision-making by the Directors team.
  • Monitor and analyze business and financial performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to identify growth opportunities, evaluate investment feasibility, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Manage cross-functional projects involving Finance, Legal, Business, and external advisors to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of financial information and transaction-related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field from a reputable university. An MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or Big Four Advisory, with proven experience leading strategic finance projects.
  • Strong experience in financial modeling, company valuation, financial planning & analysis, and investment analysis.
  • Proven track record in leading fundraising initiatives, M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and transaction execution.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and delivering financial insights and recommendations to senior management or Board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, investment strategies, and transaction structures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with investors, financial institutions, legal advisors, and cross-functional business teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen, with the ability to act as a trusted business partner to the Directors team.
