Bahana Sekuritas, one of Indonesia's leading investment banks and securities brokerage firms, is a subsidiary of Indonesia Financial Group (IFG)a State-Owned Enterprise under the supervision of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Investment Specialist (Retail Sales).

Qualifications:

1. Hold a valid WPPE or WPPE-P license.
2. Prior experience in the capital market industry is preferred.
3. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell capital market productsincluding equities, bonds, and mutual fundsthrough both traditional and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Deliver investor education sessions and presentations on capital market products to new clients.
