Garuda Sport Property is seeking a detail-oriented
Investment Operations Associate to support the financial and operational management of its real estate and sport-focused development projects, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient fund administration, and clear investor communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project cash flows, budgets, and financial performance against approved plans and milestones.
- Prepare timely and accurate investment performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors.
- Coordinate investor profit distributions in line with project agreements.
- Maintain organized financial records to support audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on fund administration and project operations.
- Support investor communications and preparation of reports or presentation materials.
- Conduct on-site project visits to verify financial and operational progress as required.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, fund administration, investment operations, or project finance.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, financial reporting, and investment analysis.
- Experience in investor reporting and fund distribution processes.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Based in Jakarta, with flexibility to travel to project locations.
