Investment Manager / Senior Investment Associate to join our team. Positioned at the intersection of strategic capital deployment and portfolio growth, you will play a key role in identifying high-potential opportunities, performing deep financial due diligence, and structuring complex deals.
This role is ideal for a Big 4 professional with a strong foundation in Audit and direct Transaction Services / Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience who wants to leverage their technical precision in a fast-paced investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing & Evaluation: Assess new investment opportunities across various sectors, performing initial screening, market research, and financial viability analyses.
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build, refine, and stress-test dynamic financial models, revenue projections, and valuation frameworks (DCF, LBO, Multiples) to support transaction structuring.
- End-to-End Due Diligence: Lead accounting, financial, and operational due diligence processes; identify key financial risks, quality of earnings, and working capital adjustments.
- Transaction Execution: Assist in structuring investment deals, negotiating key terms, managing legal/regulatory documentation (Term Sheets, SHA, SPA), and coordinating with external advisors.
- Portfolio Management & Monitoring: Track financial performance across existing portfolio companies, support board reporting, and assist leadership with post-investment value-creation initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 8 years of professional experience, starting with a strong base in Audit followed by direct exposure to M&A / Transaction Services / Financial Advisory at a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Technical Mastery: Exceptional command of financial accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), financial statement analysis, quality of earnings assessments, and corporate valuation techniques.
- Deal Experience: Proven track record of working on buy-side/sell-side M&A deals, financial due diligence engagements, or direct equity investments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Professional certifications (CPA, CA, CFA) are highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong commercial acumen, executive presentation skills, and the agility to thrive in a multi-entity corporate and investment environment.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
