Execute trades across stocks, bonds, and other securities based on instructions from the portfolio managers — efficiently, accurately, and always in line with each fund's investment objectives and guidelines.
Stay glued to the markets — tracking trends, liquidity, news, and economic indicators so you're always on top of conditions and spotting potential opportunities.
Handle cash flow management, margin reviews, and other implementations as they come up.
Own the full order management process — receiving and recording orders, staying compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and coordinating closely with compliance, risk, and operations.
Work the tools — trading platforms and order management systems like Bloomberg EMSX/TSOX, algorithmic execution, and other tech to execute trades and monitor market data.
Partner with operations on settlement — confirming trade details, coordinating with custodians and brokers, resolving discrepancies, keeping documentation and records clean, opening brokerage accounts, and negotiating trade terms.
Provide administrative support and reporting as needed.
What We Need From You
3–5 years as a dealer/trader at an asset management firm — you know how a buy-side desk actually runs.
WPPE license required — you must hold a valid WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) license.
Hands-on with the systems — Bloomberg EMSX/TSOX, order management systems, and algorithmic trading tools.
Strong market knowledge across equities, fixed income, and other securities — and a real feel for liquidity, market structure, and execution.
Precise and disciplined — trades done right the first time, with clean records and full compliance.
Solid grasp of the regulatory side — you understand the rules you're trading within and take them seriously.
Cool under pressure — you can move fast and stay accurate when the market's moving faster.
Detail-obsessed — in this seat, small errors are expensive, and you treat them that way.
A strong communicator and coordinator — you're constantly working across compliance, risk, ops, brokers, and custodians, and you keep it all moving smoothly.

A WMI (Wakil Manajer Investasi) license is a plus, but not required.
Experience across multiple asset classes and markets.
