Investment Analyst

Job Responsibility:

• Conduct market research and analyze potential assets.
• Conduct financial due diligence and creating presentation deck.
• Familiar with communicating with C-level and founders.
• Develop detailed financial models and projections to enable and support investment decision-making.
• Construct buy-side and sell-side investment valuation models for potential portfolio.

Requirement:

• Minimum bachelor's degree preferably in Financial Management from reputable university
• At least 3 years of experience in financial modelling, corporate finance, merger, and acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of investment law, business operation, and government regulation.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, communication (written & oral) skill, organizational customer service skill.
• Strong understanding in financial modelling and business modelling.
• Good command in Microsoft Office is a must.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Demonstrate good teamwork.
• Able to quickly adapt or evolve in response to changing circumstances.
