Investment Analyst/ Associate - Private Equity

A leading Private Equity fund is looking to recruit a talented and driven investment Analyst/ Associate to join their team in Jakarta. Their team is composed of experienced investment professionals dedicated to sourcing, executing, and managing transformational investments that deliver long-term value

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the full investment lifecycle - from origination and evaluation through to execution and portfolio management

About the Investment Analyst/ Associate role:

• Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning
• Perform market and industry research to evaluate investment opportunities
• Assist in the due diligence process, including commercial, financial, and operational workstreams
• Prepare internal investment committee materials and external presentations
• Collaborate with investment professionals and third-party advisors across all deal phases

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or a similar analytical environment

Skill and experience needed:

• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and M&A principles
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a high degree of professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline
