Inventory & Traceability Associate

About the role

The Inventory & Traceability Associate is responsible for managing inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records, and maintaining traceability across supply chain processes. The ideal candidate is a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented person who can connect operational processes, inventory data, and system controls to ensure accurate and reliable supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory operations and maintain accurate stock records
• Ensure inventory reconciliation, stock movement, and transaction controls
• Operate and manage SAP, WMS, or similar ERP/Warehouse Management Systems
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
• Support cross-functional communication across supply chain teams

Qualifications

• Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor's degree) in Engineering or related fields; minimum GPA 3.3 of 4.0
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management & Warehouse Operations
• Proficient in SAP, WMS, or similar ERP/Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
• Process and system thinking skills
• Preferred certifications: Supply Chain, SAP/ERP, Data Analytics, or Inventory Management
