Inventory Solutions Deployment Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the phased roll-out of Inventory Solutions across 40+ hospital units in alignment with the ERP upgrade.
• Coordinate requirements, design, testing, training, and go-live with Business, IT, and Consultants.
• Manage deployment timelines, resources, and communication with Top Management, Hospitals, and ERP SteerCo.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and escalations with vendors/product owners.
• Ensure new processes are adopted and business benefitsefficiency, accuracy, paperless workflowsare achieved.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP projects, system implementation, or supply chain process improvement.
• Strong project management skills with proven experience managing multi-site deployments.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory processes and systems (ERP, EMR, dashboards, vendor portals) preferred.
• Ability to manage risks, handle escalations, and work with vendors/product principals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
