Inventory Planning Staff

Responsibilities :

• Process order matching
• Process GRN in system
• Follow up on processing of direct delivery to Outlet
• Liaise with Purchase Admin for decision on supplier inbound receiving discrepancy
• Process defective claims based on instructions
• Coordinate purchase return (return to supplier) with warehouse
• Assist in printing or distribution of barcode and price labels

Requirements :

• Minimum S1 from any background
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in inventory processing
• Basic Skills in MS Excel
• Independent, good interpersonal skills and able to multi-task
• English conversation is a must
