Develop and monitor production plans based on sales forecasts, customer demand, and inventory levels to ensure product availability
Plan and control Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) requirements, including forecasting, inventory monitoring, and coordination with Procurement to ensure timely material availability
Monitor and analyze inventory levels of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Work-in-Process (WIP), and Finished Goods to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure production schedules and material requirements are aligned with business needs
Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) for materials approaching minimum stock levels or experiencing significant demand increases
Conduct inventory and production planning analysis, maintain ERP data accuracy, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and inventory control
Requirements
:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
sMinimum 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain role
sStrong understanding of production planning, inventory control, demand forecasting, MRP, and supply chain processe
sProficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skill
sGood communication and coordination skills with cross-functional team
sAble to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadline
