Job Description:

Validate equipment requests by reviewing utilisation history, justification, and alignment with budget plans.
Lead the monthly and annual equipment planning cycle, ensuring forecasts and budgets are accurate and well-coordinated.
Drive nationwide equipment rebalancing, reallocating items to maximise utilisation and reduce unnecessary procurement.
Monitor stock accuracy in collaboration with the central inventory team, including resolving discrepancies or highlighting idle items.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely deployment, movement, and completion of requests.
Work closely with Operations, Budget Owner, Finance, Procurement, and central inventory teams to maintain effective request and movement processes.
Track budget vs actual usage, highlight variances, and recommend follow-up actions.
Prepare structured summaries, trackers, and reports for internal reviews.
Improve planning workflows and coordination processes to enhance visibility and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
2-4 years of experience in operations planning, equipment planning, supply chain, project coordination, or asset-related roles
Experience coordinating activities across multiple facilities or regions, such as deployment, planning, or equipment allocation projects.
Strong capability in budget alignment, forecasting, and validating requests against utilisation and cost considerations.
Experience working with stakeholders such as Operations, Fulfillment, Finance, Procurement, and regional teams.
Proficiency in Google Sheets including formulas, pivot tables, filters, and basic data validation.
