Inventory & Material Control Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels (raw materials, packaging, WIP, FG).
• Coordinate material availability based on production schedules.
• Oversee receiving, storage, issuing, and material flow in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper stock recording in the system (ERP/MRP).
• Conduct cycle counts and support monthly/annual stock opname.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO and maintain warehouse compliance with GMP & safety standards.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze material usage.
• Lead and supervise inventory/material control staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in inventory or material control (manufacturing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.
• Good analytical, coordination, and leadership skills.
