Inventory & Cost Control Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in accounting with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisor position (preferably with an F&B background).
• Familiar with ERP systems such as Oracle, Accurate, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.
• Knowledgeable about F&B business processes.

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor, control, and review stock opname (inventory audit) results.
• Analyze inventory data for financial closing purposes.
• Provide analysis on COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), waste, and DOI (Days of Inventory).
• Coordinate inventory control activities (including handling of missing stock and overstock due to over-ordering).
• Perform other tasks related to inventory processes.
