Job Description:
1. Retrieved and reviewed STO Back data from the previous period to conduct a thorough verification of the picking and dispatch processes, ensuring alignment between system records and actual operational execution.
2. Extracted KS (Damage/Stock Discrepancy) data and performed detailed validation, including cross-checking system data with submitted documentation and supporting photographic evidence.
3.Executed inventory adjustments (Out and In) within the KS process only, carried out in a coordinated and controlled manner to maintain data integrity and prevent further discrepancies.
4. Collected and analyzed STO rejection data, followed by comprehensive validation of system records against physical stock conditions and supporting photos to ensure accuracy and accountability.
5. Created new STOs based on validated rejection cases and consolidated all relevant supporting documents, including Berita Acara (BA), specifically for dry product categories.
6. Initiated and managed inventory reconciliation processes for fresh product categories, applying the same end-to-end workflow as dry items, with increased operational complexity due to frequent occurrences of excess stock.
7. Conducted intensive coordination and continuous follow-ups with related operational teams (including warehouse PICs) to resolve stock discrepancies in fresh products within tight operational timelines.
8. Compiled and consolidated all STO data, including primary STOs and STO Back records, and ensured proper linkage between STOs to support traceability and reporting accuracy.
9. Ensured all inventory adjustment activities, STO documentation, and supporting records were properly documented, organized, and prepared for internal review, monitoring, and audit purposes.
