We are looking for an Inventor/Stock Opname Auditor who will be responsible for conducting independent inventory audits across clinics to ensure stock accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with company procedures.
This role plays an important part in identifying discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and supporting improvements in inventory control and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct routine stock opname audits across clinics based on audit programs and company SOPs
- Perform physical stock counting including expiry checks and reconcile results with system inventory data
- Identify stock discrepancies and analyze root causes of inventory variances
- Document audit findings systematically including supporting evidence, reports, and stock data
- Prepare objective audit reports and provide recommendations for process improvement
- Coordinate with clinic teams regarding follow up actions and corrective measures
- Monitor and track audit findings until resolution in accordance with SLA
- Escalate significant findings or potential fraud indicators when necessary
- Support implementation of internal control processes and ISO management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience in audit, inventory control, retail operations, or accounting related to stock management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets including pivot, filtering, and reporting
- Strong understanding of inventory processes, stock opname, and inventory cycle
- Able to reconcile physical stock with system data and analyze discrepancies
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
- Able to work independently, manage field audit schedules, and work in different clinic locations
