As a Inventory & Asset Management Senior Staff, you will:

• Manage and monitor company inventory and fixed assets, including recording, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory and asset stock opname to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records in the system and supporting documents.
• Monitor asset movement, utilization, and condition, including asset handover and return processes.
• Prepare inventory and asset reports and support audit requirements.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure effective inventory and asset management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, asset management, or related functions.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and good administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory/asset management systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
