Audit & Inventory Manager will be responsible for meticulously examining inventory records, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures to align actual stock with recorded inventories.
Job Description
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory findings and discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels in all stores
- Assist in inventory forecasting and planning activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Keep updated records of inventory transactions and adjustments
- Analyze inventory turnover rates and provide insights for improvement
- Verify accuracy of inventory records by cross-checking with physical stock
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Statistics / Information Technology / Finance / Accounting / Management / Mathematics / Information System
- Min. 8 years in inventory management / merchandising / retail operation in Retail Industry / Logistic / Manufacturing
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
