As a Inventory & Asset Management Senior Staff, you will:
- Manage and monitor company inventory and fixed assets, including recording, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory and asset stock opname to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset records in the system and supporting documents.
- Monitor asset movement, utilization, and condition, including asset handover and return processes.
- Prepare inventory and asset reports and support audit requirements.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure effective inventory and asset management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory, asset management, or related functions.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and good administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory/asset management systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
