Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate financial records for warehouse operations, including inventory, stock movements, and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse and procurement teams.
Prepare and review financial reports related to stock, sales, and warehouse operations.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Process and maintain accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for warehouse and inventory costs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail industry
Proven experience in warehouse accounting, including inventory management and cost control.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, ERP, or similar).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
