Bali Ocean Surf, a French surf school based in Seminyak (Bali) since 2011, is looking for a passionate surf intern to join their team and train towards the ISA 1 Surf Instructor certification.
Internship Period: starting June or July 2026 (for 3 to 6 months)
Main Responsibilities :
- Teach surf lessons for beginners and intermediates, following the Bali Ocean Surf teaching methods.
- Supervise students in the water, ensuring their safety and progress.
- Participate in session preparation (welcoming clients, handling equipment, briefing, and safety).
- Contribute to maintaining a positive atmosphere and cohesion within the team and with the clients.
- Participate in the training program towards the ISA Surf Instructor certification.
Desired Profile :
- Passionate about surfing, comfortable in the water, and motivated to share your knowledge.
- Good physical condition and a sense of responsibility.
- Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a team-oriented mindset.
- French or French-speaking, with a good level of English preferred.
- Previous experience in teaching, sports animation, or supervision is a plus.
- A lifeguard certification is an advantage.
