Who We're Looking For:
- Fresh graduates or final-year students who have completed all coursework
- Majoring in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in the FMCG industry
- Familiar with administrative work, data processing, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Available for the full internship period
What You'll Do as a Category Planning & Activation Intern :
- Assist in planning and executing in-store and out-store activations for Sunpride and Hometown brands
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure smooth event execution
- Support administrative processes, including quotation requests and PR submissions
- Prepare post-event reports, analyze activation performance, and update performance trackers
What You'll Do as a Category Growth & Channel Development Intern :
- Support product growth initiatives through sales data and market trend analysis
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign and product launch execution
- Monitor product availability, pricing, and shelf display in key accounts
- Support administrative activities and documentation
- Contribute ideas to improve product penetration and customer engagement
What You'll Do as a Business Development & Expansion Internship :
- Conduct market and location research to support business expansion
- Assist in project monitoring and ensure timely execution
- Perform site surveys, traffic counting, and competitor mapping
- Analyze outlet performance (online vs offline) and monthly growth
- Support stock opname activities and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare reports and provide insights for business decisions
- Assist in social media planning and campaign execution
