What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Prepare reports on the compliance status of various business units and provide recommendations for improvement when non-compliance or discrepancies are identified.
- Manage the design and content of presentations to ensure that the information presented is clear, easy to understand, and meets management's requirements.
- Assist in collecting data and preparing reporting decks for management presentations related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) status.
- Assist in maintaining and updating documentation related to GRC policies and existing IT controls.
What Is Required and What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Possesses a basic understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) concepts within information systems and technology environments.
- Proficient in using data processing and presentation tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar software to prepare reports and presentations.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with complex information.
