Internship for Mandarin Speaker (PAID)

Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform whose investment base originates from Singapore and is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, was founded in 2022. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and shop-owners to pursue their business dreams with our strong supply chain capabilities and reliable e-commerce platform. Polibeli reaches 16 cities on the island of Java, from Banten to Surabaya.

Location: LANDMARK PLUIT (NORTH JAKARTA)

Internship period : 2-3 months (WFO)

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in executing meaningful HR tasks that add value to the company
• Support day-to-day HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) administrative activities
• Actively engage in learning about HR processes and contribute to various projects
• Manage essential HR administration tasks, including handling new hire forms, employee training, and general employee support
• Generate reports and provide insights on HR-related processes

Requirements:

• Final-year college student or graduate from a reputable university majoring in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR is an advantage
• Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Eager to learn and grow in HR-related areas
• Agile, adaptable, and driven by a high level of motivation
• Mandarin language skills would be a plus
