Internship, Employer Branding & Culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of employee engagement events, campaigns, and internal culture-building activities.
• Support our LinkedIn presence by drafting compelling copy and preparing creative briefs for the graphic design team.
• Draft daily announcements and manage the internal content calendar to keep the organization informed and inspired.
• Coordinate logistics for ongoing agendas, including room bookings, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos during events to be used for internal and external branding materials.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, Management, or any related field with a passion for people culture.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Familiar with social media trends and content creation, particularly for professional platforms like LinkedIn.
• Prior experience in organizing events (university clubs, volunteer work, or past internships) is highly preferred.
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite) are a significant plus.
