- Manage and maintain a well-structured, accurate, and organized client and community database
- Handle onboarding of new clients or members, including effective communication and coordination
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams (PR, Social Media, and Events) for invitations, attendance tracking, and follow-ups
- Conduct post-event follow-ups and maintain ongoing engagement with clients and community members
- Monitor client engagement and participation, and identify potential business opportunities
- Support the development of client engagement initiatives, including exclusive events and strategic communications
- Ensure a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality in all client interactions
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in client relations, account management, community management, or similar roles
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing structured data
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain consistent and effective follow-ups
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with business communities, professional services firms, or B2B environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools or database management systems (Excel, Notion, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience handling high-value clients or professional networks
