Job Description

Schinder Law Firm Provides High-Quality Legal Services to a Wide Range of Clients Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain a well-structured, accurate, and organized client and community database
  • Handle onboarding of new clients or members, including effective communication and coordination
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams (PR, Social Media, and Events) for invitations, attendance tracking, and follow-ups
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups and maintain ongoing engagement with clients and community members
  • Monitor client engagement and participation, and identify potential business opportunities
  • Support the development of client engagement initiatives, including exclusive events and strategic communications
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality in all client interactions

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in client relations, account management, community management, or similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing structured data
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain consistent and effective follow-ups
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with business communities, professional services firms, or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or database management systems (Excel, Notion, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience handling high-value clients or professional networks
