What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Assist in preparing acquisition activities (communication and task completion)
  • Support preparation of data and reports for management presentations
  • Help communicate customer complaints internally and find solutions
  • Communicate with external parties for data requests and customer handling
  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition processes and daily team operations
  • Create and manage JIRA tickets for cashback processes and ad-hoc data requests

What Is Required and What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) or final-year student in Engineering, Business, or Marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English and Indonesian (both spoken and written)
  • Experience in organizational activities, project management, or events
  • Strong initiative, neatness, and attention to detail
