Job Description:
1. Product Deployment
Assist in the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Cloud products, including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure AI, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with the deployment team to ensure smooth and efficient product implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues under the guidance of senior team members.
2. Product Development
Participate in the development of cloud-based applications and services.
Write and test code, debug software, and contribute to product enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
3. Training and Support
Assist in developing training materials and documentation for end-users and internal teams.
Provide user support by answering questions and resolving issues related to cloud products.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on product features and best practices.
