Ever wondered why a store opens exactly where it does At Kopi Kenangan, it's never a guessit's a science. We're looking for a high-caliber International Store Development Strategy Analyst to be the analytical engine behind our global footprint.

If you're a fresh grad who didn't just do an internship but actually moved the needle with financial modeling and strategic analysis, we want to talk. You won't just be crunching numbers; you'll be deciding where we land next in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and India.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Strategy, or Urban Planning. Fresh Degree holder with internship experience in financial modeling and strategic analysis welcome.
  • 1 year of experience in strategic financial analysis, strategic planning, real estate analytics, or Retail Expansion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (sum if, layering ifs formula, etc.) for complex financial modeling (NPV, IRR, Payback periods, and sensitivity analysis).
  • Strong understanding of market mapping and site selection strategy within the F&B or retail industry.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/PowerBI or GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is a major plus.
  • Agile and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple country expansion projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent english communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear recommendations for executive stakeholders.

Job Role:

  • Analyze macro and micro-market data to identify high-potential Hot Zones and growth opportunities for new store entries.
  • Develop and execute financial feasibility models and P&L projections for proposed sites to ensure commercial viability.
  • Evaluate specific site locations based on foot traffic data, visibility, accessibility, and proximity to key competitors.
  • Support the long-term Country Master Plan and expansion roadmaps for new markets like India, Australia, and the Philippines.
  • Monitor New Store Opening (NSO) performance against initial business cases to refine future site selection criteria.
  • Track competitor expansion moves and pricing strategies across international territories to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Construction, and Operations teams to ensure the end-to-end store development process is efficient.
  • Review historical sales data from existing international stores to identify trends and adjust future location strategies.
