International Baccalaureate Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IB Coordinator to join our international school team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program across our school.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage the IB program, ensuring compliance with IB regulations and standards

- Develop and maintain relationships with IB regional offices, schools, and educators

- Provide support and guidance to teachers, students, and parents on IB curriculum, policies, and procedures

- Manage and coordinate IB exams, including registration, scheduling, and logistics

- Analyze and interpret IB data, including student performance and program evaluation

- Collaborate with school leaders and teachers to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and policies

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and school leaders

Requirements

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Education or related field

- Experience as an IB Coordinator or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of IB programs, policies, and procedures

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Qualifications

- Master&aposs degree in Education or related field

- Experience teaching IB courses

- Familiarity with IB online systems and platforms

- Knowledge of additional languages
