INTERNAL CORPORATE COMMUNICATION SUB DEPARTMENT HEAD

Job Description

As an Internal Corporate Communication Sub Department Head, you will play a strategic role in strengthening internal communication and building organizational alignment across the company. This position is responsible for driving effective communication initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, fostering a strong corporate culture, and supporting business transformation through impactful communication strategies and programs.

You will collaborate closely with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, employee alignment, and organizational readiness to support future business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to align employees with business priorities, company values, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen internal communication channels and platforms to improve information flow, employee experience, and organizational connectivity.
  • Lead communication programs that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and internal employer branding initiatives.
  • Establish communication governance and manage internal communication issues through effective processes and communication frameworks.
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive communication effectiveness and support change initiatives across the organization.
  • Measure communication impact and continuously improve initiatives based on employee insights and engagement outcomes.
  • Lead and develop the internal communication team to ensure high-quality execution and sustainable capability growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, or related disciplines (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Communication, Corporate Communication, Employee Engagement, Organizational Communication, or related fields, including team leadership experience.
  • Experience in publicly listed companies (Tbk.), pharmaceutical, FMCG, or other highly regulated industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of internal communication, employee engagement, culture-building, and change management initiatives.
  • Proven experience in managing communication channels, internal campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication, leadership, project management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with communication measurement and employee feedback analysis will be an advantage.
