Job Description

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy in partnership with senior leadership, aligning messaging with company priorities and business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize internal communication channels (e.g., email, intranet, office TV, and other platforms) to ensure consistent, timely, and engaging content delivery.
  • Lead content development across formats, including newsletters, leadership scripts, presentation decks, and company-wide announcements-ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with SPX's brand voice.
  • Support the planning, execution, and communication of employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and other key internal communications to drive awareness and participation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Engagement & Culture, and other departments to gather information, craft company-wide messaging, and ensure communications are accurate, cohesive, and timely.
  • Support internal issue and crisis communications by coordinating timely, accurate messaging and aligning closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization
  • Establish and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communication channels, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve reach, engagement, and impact.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or any related fields.
  • Has prior 1-3 years of working experience in the same or closely related function as the applied role (e.g., Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, or any related roles).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messages.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and quality control.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while handling competing priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility in delivering tasks end-to-end.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
