We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Internal Audit who will contribute to strengthening internal controls and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. This role requires strong integrity, critical thinking, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit; experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work in a mobile capacity and be based at our Head Office in Kelapa Gading.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute internal audit activities in accordance with the approved audit plan, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify potential fraud risks, control weaknesses, and operational inefficiencies, while analyzing the root causes of findings to provide meaningful insights.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports, present findings to management, and provide practical recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure sustainable improvements and strengthened internal controls.
