Internal Auditor

Hallo, We are looking for a new team as an Internal Auditor!

PT. Adisena Mitra Usaha (BeyondTech) is established under Indonesian law, headquartered in Jakarta, and engaged in domestic and international financial payment services.

About this job:

Ensuring that the company's internal controls are running properly, as well as helping to detect and mitigate risks that could harm the company. They serve as a link between management and internal controls that are necessary to maintain the integrity and sustainability of the company's operations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and assess operational, financial, and compliance risks that the company may face.
• Examine and evaluate the company's operational processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and good resource management.
• Prepare a report on the results of the audit that includes findings, recommendations, and suggestions for improvement to improve the internal control system.
• Provide suggestions to improve existing controls, both in terms of operations, finance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, operations, and IT, to ensure that audits are conducted comprehensively and in-depth.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on past audit findings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, audit standards, and regulatory changes.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Audit, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Internal Auditor.
• Strong and accurate data analysis skills.
• Good understanding of audit and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, preferably in finance, FinTech, or remittance companies.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong ethical standards.
• Willing to work from the office in Rawa Buaya, Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
