About this job:
Ensuring that the company's internal controls are running properly, as well as helping to detect and mitigate risks that could harm the company. They serve as a link between management and internal controls that are necessary to maintain the integrity and sustainability of the company's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and assess operational, financial, and compliance risks that the company may face.
- Examine and evaluate the company's operational processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and good resource management.
- Prepare a report on the results of the audit that includes findings, recommendations, and suggestions for improvement to improve the internal control system.
- Provide suggestions to improve existing controls, both in terms of operations, finance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, operations, and IT, to ensure that audits are conducted comprehensively and in-depth.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on past audit findings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, audit standards, and regulatory changes.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Audit, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Internal Auditor.
- Strong and accurate data analysis skills.
- Good understanding of audit and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, preferably in finance, FinTech, or remittance companies.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong ethical standards.
- Willing to work from the office in Rawa Buaya, Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
