Under direct supervision of a Corporate Internal Audit Manager/Associate Manager, an Audit Supervisor is responsible for performing or assisting in performing various audits and segments of audits, as assigned, and having analytical skills to recognize and evaluate areas of internal control weaknesses to determine audit emphasis pertaining to operational, compliance, and/or special projects.
Additionally, an Audit Supervisor must demonstrate the ability to set priorities to accurately reflect relative importance of job responsibilities by self-managing and maximizing personal productivity to achieve timely completion of audit assignments.
Responsibilities :
- Reports to Manager Corporate Internal Audit.
- Assist in developing an Audit Planning Memorandum (APM) to identify the objectives and scope of audit.
- Assist in developing audit programs before the commencement of audits.
- Perform Walkthrough, Test of Design, Test of Controls and assist in reporting during audit assignment.
- Part takes in audit assignment and other investigative work under the direction of the Corporate Internal Audit Manager, not limited to planning, fieldwork and reporting stages.
- Prepares draft audit findings & reports and completes initial clearance of issues with auditees to document findings, recommendations, and management agreed actions, and submits to Corporate Internal Audit Manager for review prior to release.
- Complete follow-up reviews to ensure adequacy and timeliness of corrective actions.
- Participate in external professional education/training /workshop activities, i.e. IIA, ACFE, ISACA etc.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (S1) Accounting, Information System, Information Technology, or related from reputable university (Minimum GPA 3.00)
- 3 years in auditing with minimum 1 year experience gained from Big 4 Accounting Firm.
- Experienced in fraud investigation
- Understand Audit standard and methodology
- Report writing skill (English & Bahasa)
- Understand PSAK, IFRS, COSO & Tax
- Willing travel to OpCo
- Good attitude, self-motivated, willing to learn, passionate for continuous improvement, and result oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working and collaborating with other divisions within the company.
