Internal Audit Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits in accordance with the approved audit work plan and under the direction of Internal Audit Manager
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of business risk mapping and performance management principles
• Utilize data analysis tools effectively and define risk parameters within business processes
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate risk management processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Engage with Risk Owners using appropriate methodologies to assess and mitigate risks, and professionally gather factual information for follow-up actions
• Communicate risk assessment findings and recommendations clearly and appropriately to Risk Owners, as well as to the Board of Directors (BOD)
• Analyze and recommend corrective actions aligned with existing management policies and systems
• Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to work systems across all departments

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 4 years of experience in Internal Audit/Compliance Audit/Operational Audit
• Strong knowledge and skills in statistics and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and adapt to high mobility requirements
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Placement: Kelapa Gading, Jakarta
