We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor Officer to join our Internal Audit team. In this role, you will support the implementation of internal audit activities across company operations, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations for operational and process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal audits across departments and operational areas
- Collect and analyze data required for audit activities and risk assessments
- Coordinate audit schedules with related departments to ensure smooth audit execution while minimizing disruption to daily operations
- Support the implementation of the annual audit plan
- Identify audit findings and provide recommendations for financial, operational, managerial, and system improvements
- Monitor follow-up actions and risk resolution efforts from audit findings
- Maintain integrity, audit quality, accuracy, and professionalism throughout all audit assignments
- Prepare audit documentation and reports in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university
- Strong understanding of audit methods and internal audit processes
- Experience in public accounting firm or internal audit is a plus
- Good analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team
- Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Willing to conduct field audits and business travel outside Jakarta when required
