We invite highly passionate individuals to join KPMG Internal Audit Risk & Compliance (IARCS) practice. Our IARCS practices specialize in helping our clients improve the internal controls, risk management, governance, and compliance of their operations. Our IARCS professionals can augment and enhance an organization's existing risk management capabilities through the use of experienced risk and controls professionals, supplemented by multidisciplinary skills from other relevant Advisory service lines to deliver comprehensive and cohesive client service solutions.
We serve many of the world's leading multinational corporations as well as financial investors on a recurring and event-driven basis. Our professionals work with clients to provide insight into issues that they are facing in respect of risk and compliance matters. We often deal with business processes and their associated risks, and asses the state of related controls.
What you will do:
- Initiate planning and tactical actions needed to be well-executed during the project execution, including the technical project planning, logistical, and team preparation. This would include; development of audit programs, JSOX/ICOFR testing plan, assessment working papers, flowchart template, etc.
- Take charge of day-to-day execution of projects/engagements from diverse industries; such as testing of controls, business process mapping& documentation, control design, risk assessment, maturity assessment etc. .
- Formulate corrective action plans/ recommendation / roadmap and aid stakeholders in recipient-end to be more receptive towards the remediate identified deficiencies
- Communicate on the engagement results, in written mostly in form report to client personnel and senior leadership, to gauge further uplift to the current results and pursue near-perfection end results
- Develop and maintain a positive, productive, collaborative professional relationship with the client and engagement or project teams to provide well-coordinated and consistent high-performance results.
- Support the Leadership in the firm to perform go-to-market activities, identify new business opportunities and greatly contribute to the development of proposals
Desired skills and experience:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.25 (on a 4.0 scale)
- A minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting firm, or external auditor.
- Industry experience in Banking or Syariah Banking, especially on ICOFR project will give advantages
- Ability to observe and identify business processes, risks and control issues in correlation with financial and regulatory reporting and operations.
- Have a good familiarity with internationally accepted standards for Governance, Risk and Control, such as GIAS, SOX, ERM COSO Framework, etc
- Having IIA-issued certification would give tremendous lead in the overall candidateship
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in developing high quality materials and deliverables, such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports with attention to details
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
