- Perform audits for various function with policies and procedures
- Supervise audit team to ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with team to review audit findings
- Evaluate current audit procedures and recommend improvements
- Evaluate and enhance internal controls to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare clear and complete audit work papers for each assignment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance, Information Technology, Management, Insurance major.
- Have at least 3 years of audit or business consultant experience in Insurance, Banking or any industry.
- Good in analytical, communication, presentation, project management and change management
- Strong skills in maintain data analysis or using digital AI
