Navis Capital Partners is expanding into Private Credit, and we are looking for a motivated individual with strong technical and communication skills to join our Jakarta office as an intern.

About the Navis Internship Experience:

Depending on the candidates availability, the internship will last for a period of 3 to 6 months. The successful applicant will work directly with an experienced Director in our Jakarta office. The intern will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the end-to-end investment process including: deal due diligence, preparation of financial model and investment memo, reviewing transaction documents and be a part of transaction closing.

Job description

• Research companies/industries for investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models.
• Draft investment memos and prepare presentations.
• Support due diligence through the deal life-cycle.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring and other ad-hoc analyses.

What were looking for

• Strong interest in investing, alternative assets, and private credit/deal structuring.
• Solid financial literacy: accounting, corporate finance concepts, and basic to intermediate financial modelling.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, intellectually honest; able to work both independently and as a motivated team player.
• Currently undergraduate or postgraduate with an excellent academic record.
• Prior internships in IB/PE/Private Credit/VC are highly valued.
