Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated intern, who is an active university student (Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.), to join our
IT Department team. The intern will assist with compiling computers in IT storage, installing operating systems and applications, and troubleshooting computer hardware and network issues
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:
- Will be responsible for unboxing and installing new computers, replacing laptop batteries, organizing computers, cabling, and accessories, as well as compiling obsolete computers.
- Assist user for minor hardware issue and standard apps.
- Assist user to identify the right issue for the right IT support at all work required.
- Help user to MFA setup and Configuration.
- Help user to configure company mobile phone.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Active University student in D3/D4/S1. (Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.)
- The internship is expected to start immediately in March or no later than early April 2026.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as email and internet usage.
- Internship placement is available in McDermott Batam and the minimum duration should be done in (Duration in 6 Months).
- Applicants should not be participating in another internship program.
- Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.
