Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support clients by responding to questions and product-related issues
  • Document customer pain points and relay insights to internal teams
  • Create meeting minutes during team discussions

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law, Preferably 5th semester or above (flexible as needed)
  • Minimum internship period of 3 months (longer is preferred)
  • Available to work hybrid/on-site depending on company needs
  • Genuine interest in technology and legal tech solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics in simple, user-friendly language
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Proficient with basic tools: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
