Job Description

Jobdesc

1. Reply to consumer messages/questions from the Alfagift application

2. Follow up complaints/questions that have been submitted by consumers to the relevant team so that they can be resolved

3. Reconfirm to consumers the complaints/questions that have been submitted as a resolution

4. Make a phone call survey to consumers

5. Help the Alfagift CS team if the load of consumer complaints is over (can call consumers, email consumers or help follow up to the related team)

Qualification

1. Still actively studying in the Department of Communication Sciences, Administrative Sciences, Management, Business

2. Able to learn & work carefully and quickly

3. Willing to intern in shifts (morning / afternoon) and Saturday / Sunday (if you enter on weekends, you can offday on weekdays)

4. Able to socialize and communicate well, clearly & patiently
