We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to manage and oversee our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are executed safely, on schedule, and meet quality and design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations on interior fit-out sites (retail or fnb projects)
- Ensure all work aligns with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, workforce productivity, and material usage
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently, including manpower, materials, or technical challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation: progress reports, site logs, and material records
- Provide guidance and mentoring to site teams to ensure high performance
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or S1 in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven Experience (2-5 Years minimum) in interior fit out projects
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, finishes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communiation, and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Willing to work at night and on site for extended periods
