Interior Project Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts based on company requirements.
• Prepare, revise, and update design drawings using SketchUp and AutoCAD (.SKP & .DWG) in both 2D and 3D formats.
• Prepare and calculate BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and material requirements for interior projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and supervise project progress on-site to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure work quality meets company standards.
• Manage project documentation, technical requirements, and material administration throughout project execution.
• Identify project issues and provide effective solutions through strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design and project execution.
• Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, interior construction details, and fit-out processes.
• Ability to prepare and calculate BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to conduct site visits and supervise projects on-site.
