Interior Designer (Retail Company)

We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our client dynamic team focused on developing innovative F&B and lifestyle concepts. This role will be responsible for creating engaging commercial spaces that combine aesthetics, functionality, and brand identity.

What will you do:

• Develop creative concepts, space planning, layouts, and design proposals for F&B and lifestyle projects.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
• Design restaurant, café, retail, and lifestyle environments that align with brand positioning and operational requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure design quality is maintained during implementation.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, specifications, and project records.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements based on project concepts and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams throughout project execution.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience after completing a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in commercial interior design projects within F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, Enscape, V-Ray, or equivalent design software.
• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
• Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
